JLS students are calling to get rid of hall passes. Many students are saying that they are never clean and have a huge amount of germs. Not only that but most hall passes are constantly getting lost and rarely getting found.
Where the hall passes go we don't know but usually, they are just left on the hook outside of the bathroom and never recovered.
Most of the time the hall passes are going to the bathroom some students go to the bathroom and never wash their hands then they're left in the classroom. Especially during a nationwide pandemic we must keep the classrooms clean.
I decided to talked to one 6th student about the hall pass situation.
" I have no idea what they need hall passes for I mean it's not like the teachers in the hallway check if you have a hall pass when you're going from the classroom to the bathroom."
Do you think that if they were cleaned you would decide that you still wanted to keep them?
I do not agree with that ,even if you cleaned them once in a while they would still get dirty extremely fast and kids would still lose them.
Recently I was in Mr. Sperry's 6th-grade wheel and he was telling me about how he doesn't like to use a hall passes because they are disgusting.
